STARTING PRICING
Starting rates assume standard straight-layout installations in cleared rooms. The exact flooring and project conditions determine the final written price.
Click-Lock LVP Installation
Labor starts at $3.25 per square foot
Click-Lock Laminate Installation
Labor starts at $3.75 per square foot
Floating Engineered Hardwood Installation
Labor starts at $4.50 per square foot
A $750 minimum installation charge applies to labor-only installation.
Preparation, removal, separate underlayment, trim, transitions, furniture handling, stairs, phased work, and specialty layouts are priced separately. Compatible customer-supplied flooring is welcome, and qualifying larger projects may receive adjusted pricing.
