CLICK-LOCK LVP
Click-Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank
We install click-lock LVP in single rooms, connected living areas, multi-room projects, and full levels when the product is suitable for the space.
We plan the starting line to avoid narrow slivers and keep visible cuts balanced where the room allows. In connected spaces, we also account for sightlines, doorways, transitions, expansion space, and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Click-Lock Laminate Plank
Laminate has a protective surface and printed design layer over a wood-based plank core. It has a different construction and feel from LVP, and its moisture limits vary by product.
The locking system, subfloor flatness, underlayment, expansion space, door clearances, transitions, and room suitability all affect the installation. We also check the manufacturer instructions because products that look similar may not install the same way.

Floating Engineered Hardwood
Floating engineered hardwood has a real-wood surface over a stable layered core. It provides the color and natural variation of real wood while allowing certain products to be installed without fastening the field flooring directly to the subfloor.
Depending on the product, the floating method may use a mechanical locking joint or another manufacturer-approved joint system. The flooring construction, approved method, subfloor type, moisture conditions, underlayment, expansion space, and acclimation instructions must all fit the project.
Floating engineered hardwood installation labor starts at $4.50 per square foot. A $750 minimum installation charge applies to labor-only installation.

Stair Treads, Landings, and Nosing
Stair work calls for accurate measurements, detailed cuts, fitted nosing, and the fastening method specified for the selected components.
We look at the flooring, stair construction, dimensions, and finishing details before pricing the work.

We’re comfortable working during an active renovation or construction project. We confirm that the floor is ready, the area can be protected, and the work fits the project sequence before setting the installation date.

Need help sourcing material? As a Flooret Partner, we can help order Flooret products, but choosing Flooret is not required.
For customer-supplied flooring and other sourcing paths, project costs are listed according to the written estimate. The defined Modin Base bundle combines Modin Base material with standard click-lock LVP installation at its published starting bundle rate; current standard Flooret supplier freight is absorbed under the current supplier policy. Other preparation, removal, transitions, jamb work, stairs, tax, and project-specific scope remain separate.
