Flooring Services

Specialized Floating-Floor Installation

We primarily install floating click-lock LVP and also offer laminate and engineered hardwood when the product and site conditions are suitable.

A Focused Scope

Floating Installations Only

Because we focus exclusively on floating click-lock flooring, we can give greater attention to layout, product requirements, transitions, and the details that affect the finished result.

Services are available to homeowners and residential builders. Customer-supplied flooring is welcome when the selected product and site conditions fit a floating installation.

01

Primary Specialty

Click-Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank

Click-lock LVP is a versatile option for individual rooms and connected living areas. A successful installation depends on the flooring product, room layout, subfloor, and site preparation.

We install LVP in single rooms, connected living areas, multi-room projects, entire levels, and whole homes. Before work begins, we review the manufacturer’s instructions, room layout, starting lines, transitions, expansion gaps, and site conditions.

  • Layout planning across visible and connected spaces
  • Manufacturer-required expansion gaps
  • Doorway, transition, and clearance details
  • Product-specific installation instructions
  • Careful planning for occupied areas and organized work zones

Floating Engineered Hardwood

We install click-lock engineered hardwood using the floating method after confirming the flooring, subfloor, and site conditions are suitable.

Customer-Supplied Flooring Is Welcome

You are welcome to provide your own flooring. Before scheduling, we review the product and site conditions to confirm the flooring is suitable for the intended installation.

Before purchasing

Before purchasing, we can review the product instructions, estimated quantity, recommended overage, and any required trim or transitions.

After purchasing

Keep the product labels and installation instructions. During project planning, we can review material condition, matching lot numbers, storage, and jobsite readiness.
