Estimate a Flooring Project

Use AHW’s published starting rates to build a planning estimate. The written estimate still controls final scope, pricing, and tax treatment.

The estimator uses the same public pricing rules as the site. Material-specific removal labor can be calculated, while project-specific work such as disposal/haul-away is kept outside the online total rather than silently treated as free.

Existing-floor removal labor

Enter only the area you expect AHW to remove. Removal labor is outside the standard installation rates and outside the $5.99 bundle. Disposal/haul-away is separate.

Optional finish and preparation work

$30 per qualifying door. Not every doorway needs this work.

$25 installation labor each.
